He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Miller and Lena Miller; his wife Gloria Kinser Miller; and his brother Jerry Miller of Phoenix, AZ.. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Miller Cagle (Michael) of Louisville and Mark Miller (Phyllis) of Brownsville, KY.; his grandchildren, Randy Cagle (Emily), Katie Cagle Gosselin (Jeff) and Johnathan Miller; and his great grandchildren, Isaac Gosselin, Kai Gosselin, Margot Cagle and Rosie Cagle.
