She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Henry" Cassady and Mabel Cassady. She is survived by: her sister Cathy C. Oehman (David); her children, Amanda Weimer (Michael), Kimberly Kiesewetter (Jason) and John (Heather); and her grandchildren, David, William, Ella, Hayden, Natalie, Issac, Olive and Hope.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking donations be made to preserve one of her favorite places the Jekyll Island Foundation in her name at jekyllislandfoundation.org.
