He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott Moore and Vada Moore. He is survived by: his children, Dan, DeeDee, Cindy, Heather and Gary; his wife Arcelia Moore (Sanchez); and his sisters, Loretta, Terri and Reta. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
At this time due to COVIC-19 pandemic a private service will be held at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, Radcliff, KY.
