He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Jeannette Miller of Louisville, KY and Jean Kaufmann of Louisville, KY.. He is survived by: his wife Kari Miller; his daughters, Keightley, Scarlet and Savannah; his father Terry Miller of Louisville, KY; his aunt Carye Jo Miller of Crestwood, KY; and his in-laws, Gina Wardlaw (Russ) and Roy Amburn (Jennifer).
