He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Sandy Avery (David) of Mason, Ohio, Katie Haller (Kevin) of La Grange, Kentucky and Tracy Benner (Aaron) of Houston; his grandchildren, Blake, Morgan Avery, Madison (Jack Oakey), Tyler Haller, Carson, Dawson and Weston Benner; and his grandfather Chuck.
A celebration of Chuck's life will be held at the Forest Springs Villa Clubhouse (4120 Wooded Acre Lane, Louisville, KY 40245) on Thursday, August 10th, 2023, at 2:30 p.m. Charitable donations may be made in his name to the Trilogy Health Services Foundation employee scholarship program.
