She is survived by: her pet Josie; her parents, Vernon and Doris; her children, Paige Chitwood (Ryan), Joshua (Rebecca) and Sean Langworthy; and her siblings, Dennis (Beth), Gary (Vicky), Greg (Cindy), Vernon West (late Betsy), Jeremy West, Sharon Luggen (Bob) and Karen Kinsel (Ralph).
