He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Dan Packard and Lucile Packard; and his sister Karen Carver. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Schlachter Packard; his children, Chrissy Cutter (Tim), Brandon Packard (Lisa) and Brian Williams (Christy); and his pet Holly. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
