Carroll is survived by: children, David Johnstone (Diana) of Edgewood, KY. and Stacey Ryan Lakeside; grandchildren, Erin Maley of Edgewood, KY and Ian Johnstone; and great grandchildren, Eva, Brandt, Austin, Cora Maley, Zoe Johnstone and Emmy Johnstone.
