He is survived by: his siblings, Joni Forrester (Bob Baker) of Crescent Springs, KY, Carolyn Carr (Eddie) of Independence, KY, Jerry O'Connell (Jo) of Kimberling City, MO, Edwin L. O'Connell Jr. and Andy O'Connell of Covington, KY.. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews, 12 great-nieces and great-nephews.
