We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2023, at the age of 84, Carolyn Cecilia Duckworth of Crescent Springs, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Thornton and Alphonsus Ambrose Thornton; her husband Don D. Duckworth; and her son David. She is survived by: her sons, Kent and Don. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
