He was predeceased by: his parents, Cephus McKinney and Mary Alice Newsome McKinney; and his brothers, Azzie B. McKinney (Gilvia) and Clyde McKinney (Faye). He is survived by: his spouse Ivalee Tackett McKinney; his children, Patrick McKinney (Tammy) of Panama City, Brad McKinney (Vikki) of Georgetown, Kentucky and April Moore (Scott) of Craynor, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Paige, Kaz, Preston, Lexie, Alashia, Brance, Landon, Ava, Bryce and Mallorye; his siblings, James McKinney (late Phyllis), Delphia Hamilton (late David) and Rosa Mae Lodrick (Bernie); and his brother-in-law Walker Tackett (Jeromia). He is also survived by 18 Great Grandchildren.
