He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hamilton and Emma Bryant Hamilton; his wife Bogaline Newsome Hamilton; his daughters-in-law, Pamela Hamilton and Vivian Hunter Hamilton; and his siblings, Willie Hamilton, Elmer Hamilton, Joe Hamilton Jr., Johnny Hamilton, Denver Hamilton, Thelma Mitchell, Pearlene Hamilton and Elva Mae Hamilton.
He is survived by: his children, Willie Robert Hamilton of Harold, KY, Delmer Eugene Hamilton of Ivel, KY, Nora Hall (Billy) of Teaberry, KY and Barbara Jo Bradley (Bert) of Craynor; his stepdaughters, Carol Wakeland (David) and Edna Adkins; and his siblings, Clifford Hamilton of Morehead, KY, Margaret McKinney of Teaberry, KY and Patty Howell of Grethel, KY. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren & several great grandchildren.
