She is survived by: her children, Cleveland Jason "Teet" Johnson of Craynor, KY, Jimmy Dale Johnson of Paintsville, KY, Jacqueline Tackett (Eddie) of Grethel, KY, Josephine Newsome (Joe) of Grethel, KY and Polly Marie Crisp (Dennis) of Harold, KY; and her siblings, Avron Hamilton of Harold, KY, James Hamilton (Betty) of Harold, KY and Katherine Hamilton Bryant of Virgie, KY.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
