He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Coots Mullins (Coots); his children, Brittany (Matthew Stinnett), Dustin C. Mullins and Christian "Chrissy" Mullins; his grandchildren, Keith, Willow, Briar Rose and Jedidiah; his brothers, Jeff Mullins (Carrie) and Jerry Mullins (Nicole); and his close friend Jerry Martin. He is also survived by Two Uncles, an Aunt, a host of cousins and many friends.
