She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Richard Crissen, Sr. and Shelby Jean Gill Hodge; her husband Mark Allen Hopkins of Crab Orchard, KY; her daughter Shana Lynn Hopkins of Crab Orchard, KY; her grandchildren, Gage Allen, Raelynn and Layne; her siblings, Freda Lynn Parsons (Harvey) of Somerset, KY, Finley Crissen (Carol) of Indianapolis, IN and Robert Blevins (Elizabeth) of Louisville, KY; and her sisters-in-law, Sherry Crissen and Terry Crissen. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Susan's honor to St. Jude's.
