He is survived by: his wife Amanda Holcomb Hayes of Crab Orchard, KY; his children, Clayton of Crab Orchard, KY, Natalie of Crab Orchard, KY, Jaxon of Crab Orchard, KY, Kaylee of Crab Orchard, KY and Oakley Hayes of Crab Orchard, KY; and his siblings, Donnie Hayes (Aleda), Arnie Hayes (Patricia) and Jane Carrier of Jackson, KY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
