She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Leigh and Lucy Roberts Leigh; her husband Bill Irvin; her son Rickey Irvin; and her siblings, Ralph Leigh, Freddy Leigh, Jr., Charles Hines, Bidwell Hines, Huel Leigh, Willie Clay Leigh, Carlos Leigh, Geretha Leigh, May Phipps and Josephine Phipps.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Irvin (Becky) and Tonya Smith (Danny) of Broughtontown, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Brad, Shawn, Mat, Lukas Irvin, Alicia Conroy, Justin Irvin and Alyssa Smith; her great grandchildren, Austin Patterson, Alex, Cole, Ike Irvin, Abigail, Lincoln, Isabelle, Hattie Conroy, Parker Caudill and Hilton Irvin; her sister Geneva Carman of Kings Mountain, Kentucky; her sister-in-law Helen Leigh; and her niece Dorothy Robertson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and other extended family.
