She is survived by: her children, Kenny Stevens (Teresa) of Crab Orchard, Wesley Stevens (Stacy) of Lancaster, Barbara Stevens Swinney of Crab Orchard, Martha Stevens Day (Tommy) of Crab Orchard and Rosemary Stevens of Crab Orchard; her sisters, Christine Luttrell of Versailles, KY, Roslea Owens of Richmond, KY and Bobbi Jean Hughs of Frankfort, KY; and her grandchildren, Brian Swinney (Stephanie), Amanda Leary (Sean), Terri Agee (James), Matt Day (Olivia), Kayla Ayers (Jimmy), Jake Stevens (Allison), Greg Stevens (Sasha), Jessica Stevens (Justin Smith), Josh Stevens (Merila), Kelsey Sandlin (Chris), Isaac Stevens, Andrew Langworthy (Marie), Jordan Langworthy (Katie), Karli Morris, Karson Morris and Kole Morris. She is also survived by 38 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
