He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Arthur Jr.; his wife Ginger Potter Gaffney; his children, Josh Gaffney (Kathey), Ben Gaffney (Louanne) and Sara Coffman (Gary); his brother Robert Gaffney (Mary) of Garrard County; and his grandchildren, Zeke, Duke Gaffney, Kaitlyn Coffman, Alexa and Molly Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions go to Gideon's International & Good Hope Baptist Church.
