She is survived by: her children, Tina Goff (Ronnie Gary Smith), Anna Michael "George" Smith (Tina Tim Smith) and Stacie Tammy Brock (Roger Eric Smith); her stepdaughter Renee Oliver Former (Curt Smith); her siblings, Mary "Cotton" Johns, Pat Smith and Bobby Baker; and her grandchildren, Michelle and Brandon Smith. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren A host of nieces and nephews and several cousins.
