She is survived by: her daughter Nicole Lewis of Crab Orchard, KY; her stepdaughters, Tiffany Skiles and Leah Combs; her sister Betty Fugate (Randy) of Hazard, KY; her nephews, Chris Lewis and Shane Lewis; her niece Terra Lewis; her sister-in-law Linda Lewis; and her close friends, Amanda Lay and Timothy Durham.
