She is survived by: her mother Shirley Burke Smith; her siblings, Libby Smith, Terry Smith, Dottie Smith (Dale Holtzclaw), Brett Smith (Brooke) and Bart Smith (Jennifer); and her nieces and nephews, Ben, Amber, Brooklyn Smith, Taylor Claunch (Casey), Sam Durham, Ethan, Evan, Mason, Gabby, Tucker Smith and Blair.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions suggested to the Broughtontown Community Center or the Lincoln County Animal Shelter.
