She is survived by: her children, Wanda Combs (Rodney Combs), Carisa Cardish and Gerald Cardish, Jr. (Christine Hatton); and her siblings, Betty Sue Perkins, Judy Webb (Roger), Darlene Leadman of Ludlow, KY and Ronnie Nolan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
