He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Manby II and Mary Louise Eubank Manby; and his brother Thomas E. Manby. He is survived by: his wife Mae Rita Manby of Cox; his daughters, Elizabeth L. Duncan (Dan) of Louisville and Rita Marie Holzknecht (Steve) of Bardstown; his grandchildren, Amanda Gamble (Ross), James Holzknecht, Zackary Holzknecht and Nicholas Holzknecht; his brother John F. Manby of Vicksburg; and also Creek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
