She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Miller and Susie Miller. She is survived by: her husband Charles Norman; her sons, Ronnie Coulter (Jamie) and Ricky Wayne Coulter (Janelle); and her grandchildren, Rick, Crystal and Tyler. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
