He is survived by: his wife Brenda Peak of Coxs Creek, KY; his children, Jeff Peak (Kelly) of Orlando, FL. and Kelsey Portman (Steven) of Coxs Creek, KY.; his grandson Taylor Chandler; and his sisters, Carolyn Underwood (Bill) of Lexington, KY and Marie Johnston (Pat) of Lexington, KY..
