He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert Collins Greenwell, Elizabeth Muriel Bradley Simpson, Leroy and Mary Alma Fields; and his aunt Connie Sidebottom.
He is survived by: his children, Collin Russell Greenwell, Ethan Charles Greenwell and Leigha Grace Greenwell; his parents, Stephen Collins and Rosemary Greenwell; his sister Sarah Bottom (Jeremy); his niece Elianna Bottom of Bardstown; and his stepgrandfather Joseph Pat Simpson. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, and cousins.
