He is survived by: his wife Carol Ethington of Cox's Creek; and his children, Don Ethington (Holly) of Bowling Green, Gary Ethington of Bardstown, Bryan Ethington (Donna) of Versailles, Roy Lee Ethington Jr. (Becky) of Mathews, Virginia and Sandy Pugh (Ronnie) of Cox's Creek. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
