He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Schlatter Hernandez; his children, Stephaney Cole, Alex Hernandez, Phillip "Daryl" Judd (Stephanie) and Andrew Olmsted; his granddaughter Clarissa Hernandez Shepperd (Jeremy); his great grandchildren, Joey, Allison, Isabelle and Kinsley Shepperd; and his siblings, Chris Hernandez and Julie Shoemaker.
