She is survived by: her husband Robert Hartsock of Cox's Creek; her sons, Nathan Perrett (Nichol) of Louisville and Nehemiah Hartsock (Christina) of Louisville; her grandchildren, Mason Hartsock, Lincoln Hartsock, Victoria Perrett, Isabella Perrett and Henry Perrett; and her siblings, Lori Leach (Jack) of Corning, AR and Larry Kuehne (Mindy) of Roscoe, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
