She was predeceased by: her husband Louis Fell Sr.; and her son Bill Fell. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Godby, Dale Godby of McCormick, Carol Fulkerson, Guy Fulkerson of Cox, Mike Sympson of Bowling Green, Kim Lewis and Carl P. Lewis of Owensboro; her daughter-in-law Gillian Fell of Cox; and also Creek of Kentucky. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to the Carmel Home Activity Fund, Owensboro, Kentucky and/or St. Gregory Catholic Church Choir, Cox's Creek, Kentucky.
