She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Sanders and Anna Renfrow Sanders. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Christine Mattingly of Cox's Creek, Jonathan Charles Mattingly of Cox's Creek, Chad Allen Mattingly of Bardstown and Anthony Warren Mattingly (Jessica) of Bardstown; and her siblings, Penny Mattingly (Paul) of Cox's Creek, Orval Bradshaw of Cox's Creek and Bobby Bradshaw of Danville. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
