He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Earl and Velma Ruth Galloway; and his siblings, Kenny Galloway, Beverly Donmeyer and Barbara Jean Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Galloway of Cox's Creek; his son Josh Galloway of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Levi James Galloway, Jase Wayne Galloway and Lucy Ann Galloway; and his siblings, Loretta Lynn Simpson and Bobby Galloway.
