He is survived by: his wife Kristie Clayton; his children, Kensey Clayton of Cox's Creek and Canaan Clayton of Cox's Creek; his parents, Phil Clayton and Judy Clayton of Bardstown; his sister Crystal Head (Jamie) of Bardstown; his nephew Austin Head; and his niece Catherine Head. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a memorial fund in memory of Jamie Clayton in care of Barlow Funeral Home.
