She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley McGaughey and Dorotha Mae Scrogham McGaughey; and her siblings, Stanley McGaughey, Thomas McGaughey, Kenneth McGaughey, Ruth McGaughey and Deloris Kessler.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Keith Cook of Louisville, Ronnie Cook (Donnetta) of Boston and Bonnie Cook of Cox's Creek; and her siblings, Wanda Mae Brown of Louisville and Charles McGaughey of Waddy. She is also survived by her six grandchildren; numerous great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
