He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel "Junior" Duncan Jr. and Anna Lorine Hutchins Duncan; and his sister Linda Duncan Carrier. He is survived by: his wife Betty Carol Janes Duncan of Cox's Creek; and his sisters, Cathy Smith of Cox's Creek, Norma Jean Spalding of Bardstown and June "Sissy" Ballard (Joe Gary) of Cox's Creek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and several foster sons.
