He was predeceased by: his parents, Elza M. Wilhite, and Sally Parrish Wilhite, Sr.; and his siblings, Shirley "Shug" Wilhite, Buddy Wilhite, Avery Wilhite and Sheryl Rogers.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Faye Rogers Wilhite; his children, Sherry Bockting (Glenn) of Fairfield, Jimmy Wilhite of Cox's Creek, Mike Wilhite (Pamela) of Cox's Creek, Tommy Wilhite of Cox's Creek and Perry Wilhite of Cox's Creek; his sister Wendy Baldwin of Cox's Creek; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Katie, Michael, Haley, Kristen, Nathan and Terra. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contribution to Hospice of Nelson County.
