He is survived by: his children, Scotty Allen Fulkerson and Renee Fulkerson; and his siblings, Charles Fulkerson of Indiana, Phillip Fulkerson of Cox's Creek, Marvin Fulkerson of Oklahoma, Harold Fulkerson of Cox's Creek, Robert Fulkerson of Cox's Creek, Guy Fulkerson of Cox's Creek, Marshall Fulkerson of Cox's Creek, Felix Fulkerson of Cox's Creek, Michael Fulkerson of Holy Cross, Katie Thomas of Cox's Creek, Joyce Williams of Shepherdsville, Barbara Shields of Cox's Creek and Darlene Boone of Bardstown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Barlow Funeral Home (2675 E John Rowan Blvd, Bardstown, KY 40004). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
