He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Carbert and Janet Carbert; his sister Julie Hatfield; and his nephew Ricky Hatfield. He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Eubanks and Thomas Martin; and his siblings, David Carbert (late Debbie), Tracy Carbert and Patricia Wooten (Harold). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
