She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert E. Courtney and Harriette Martina Ingles Courtney. She is survived by: her husband James Robert "Bob" Hacker; her daughters, Melissa Susan Hacker, Melody Noelle Dickens (Bill) and Sharon Harrison (Jamie); her grandchildren, Joseph William Dickens (Hannah), Frederick Josiah Kaiser (Katie), Mary Kathleen Harrison (Jonathan) and Caleb Kaiser; her great grandchildren, Grayson, Cordelia Oster, August, Althea Kaiser, Alexa Botts, Lincoln, Holly Harrison and Eliza Anne Dickens; and her sisters, Jewell Dean Schwartz of Pendleton County and Linda Sue Webster of Pendleton County.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Samaritan's Purse; St. Jude Children's Cancer Research Hospital; Calvary Christian School, Covington, KY; or Redemption Church at Ashland Ave. in Latonia, KY.
