He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Whisman and Vesta Whisman; and his siblings, Charlie Whisman, Tammy, Tina Whisman and Kathy Stamper.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Douglas Whisman; his sons, Josh Whisman (Julie), Richard Whisman (Kelly), Colton Whisman (Rachel) and Cody Whisman (Sarah); his siblings, Donnie Whisman (Shirley), Danny Whisman (Sarah), Jeanie Corrigan (Gerry), Reedie Smothers (Marty), Alberta Whisman and Lisa Whisman; and his grandchildren, Hadley, Easton, Lane, Caroline, Maddox and Kai.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Swindler & Currin Funeral Home (214 W Southern Ave, Covington, KY 41015). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
