He is survived by: his wife Christine Stephen; his children, Richard McCarthy II (Jamie), Kevin McCarthy (Stacey) and Kelli Bowling (Rich); his siblings, Douglas McCarthy and Audrey Walls (Herschel); and his grandchildren, Cray McCarthy, Carly McCarthy, Chase McCarthy, Jacob Bowling, Sammy Bowling, Emma Bowling, Mila McCarthy, Landon Neuhaus and Caroline Neuhaus.
