He is survived by: his significant other Juanita Fletcher; his stepmother Ada Perkins; his sisters, Jean Collins, Connie Napier, Donna Perkins and Susan Ault; his stepsiblings, Yuvonne and Doug; his son Randall Perkins; and his stepchildren, George Daniels (Andrea) and Nicole Daniels (Joe Hellard).
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Serenity Funeral Care (40 W 6th St, Covington, KY 41011). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
