He was predeceased by: his father Ernest Breaks; his sister Dawn Breaks; and his mother-in-law Margaret Volterman. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Volterman-Breaks of Covington, KY; his children, Billy Jack Breaks of Eindhoven, Netherlands, Dawn Breaks of Eindhoven, Netherlands and Ian Breaks of Eindhoven, Netherlands; his brother Greg Breaks (Jill) of Chipping Sodbury, UK.; and his father-in-law Michael Volterman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
