She was predeceased by: her parents, James William and Julia Mae Blackburn (O'Rourke); and her brother Gary Lee Blackburn. She is survived by: her sisters, Virginia "Ginny" Nussbaum and Dianne Blackburn. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home Erlanger Chapel (3614 Dixie Hwy, Erlanger, KY 41018). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
