He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Weaver and Sue Weaver; his stepgrandson Tony Kirchner; and his brothers, Bill, Norman (Buddy) and John.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his children, Cheri Stewart (Tom), Brenda "Begie" Rechenberg (Ray), Bo Weaver (Cindy), Joe Weaver (Esta) and Jon Weaver (Lori); his stepdaughter Cathy Bennett (Bill); and his sisters, Sandra May (Sandy) and Sally Carpenter. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and even great-great grandchildren.
