It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Edward Gentry of Covington, Kentucky, born in Middlesboro, Kentucky, who passed away on November 2, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Gertrude and Carl Edward Gentry; his brothers, James Aaron "Jim" Fletcher and Everett David Gentry; and his wife Julia Ann "Judy" Gentry.
He is survived by: his son Christopher Edward "Chris" Gentry; his daughter-in-law Becky Fay Gentry; his grandchildren, Pierce Edward Gentry and Mary Katherine Fay Gentry; his sister-in-law Shirley R. Fultz; and his nieces and nephews, Linda Gail Martin, David Lee Fletcher, Lori Michelle Slusher, Jennifer Ann Gentry-Mink, Becki Lynn Gentry-Maiden and Brian David Gentry.
