He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his sister Karen Reed (Phil) of Tampa, FL; his sons, Greg Miller (Beth) of Independence, KY, Scott Miller (Elizabeth) of Taylor Mill, KY and Christopher Miller (Ashley) of Loveland, OH; his grandchildren, Noah, Gavin, Tate and Evan; his children, Elijah, Arabella, Sydney, Logan, Landon and Lila; and his pet Burt.
