She was predeceased by: her parents, Elisabeth Kahn (Douse) and Harry Kahn; and her siblings, Harry Kahn Jr. and Barbara Barker (Kahn). She is survived by: her husband Ronald Brown; her son Brian Brown (Edith); her grandsons, Michael and Joshua Brown; and her brother Andrew Kahn (Judy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Northern Kentucky Baptist Church where Faith was a long-time member.
