He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Appleby and Sherry Blackwell. He is survived by: his sister Brittany Ashley Joette Donaldson of Milford, OH; his nephew Blake Mitchell; his nieces, Carrie Fritz and Nyla Donaldson; and his great-aunts, Connie Fritz of Milford, OH and Geneva Dunn of Cincinnati, OH. He is also survived by family; and a host of friends.
